Complete Wellness is dedicated to the improvement of health and wellness in the London and area Community along with providing a competitive advantage for our local athletes. We do this by offering a full compliment of Personal Training Programs set up to meet your individual needs; be it weight management, rehabilitation or sport specific training. See below for a complete list of our services.
LEVELS:
Þ Introductory:
Speed and agility training for younger athletes who are beginning to develop an athletic base and are looking to start to develop their ability to play at a higher level. Focus will be placed on core stability and strength to allow for greater functional abilities.
Þ Advanced:
Speed and agility training for high school or club athletes who have developed an athletic base and are looking to gain an advantage at the higher levels (College, University). Focus will be on core stability, functional strength, and improved balance which will lead to more efficient speed and agility movements.
Þ Elite:
Speed and agility training for University and Provincial team players who have a sound athletic base and are training to compete at the Provincial, National and International level. Focus will be on sport specific needs of the athlete to assist in the further development of functional strength and sport specific movement patterns.
GROUP SELECTION:
Groups will be selected based on athletic background and diagnostic testing to be completed on the first day of the program.
Each athlete will be tested in the areas of:

Þ Agility
Þ Vertical Power
Þ Horizontal Power
Þ Balance
Þ Aerobic Ability
Þ Sport Specific Areas
We will complete a thourough needs assessment and create a plan to help you meet your weight management goals. Included in this program is a free initial consultation, complete set of diagnostic testing including measurements, and a ten session starter program; as well as a nutrition plan.
All programs require pre-registration and payment. Off Season Programs require payment in full and Weight Management programs require a prepayment of 10 sessions prior to the first session.
REDUCE THE PRICE OF YOUR REGISTRATION BY $20 FOR EVERY 5 ATHLETES WHO REGISTER TOGETHER (to a maximum of 15)
